Moline Attractions
The name Moline comes from the French word moulin, meaning "mill." Plotted by a mill company in June 1843, the town was incorporated five years later. Early settlers to Moline were of Swedish and German descent. Olde Town, Seventh Street and 18th Avenue, reflects the heritage of the city's Belgian community. Home of the John Deere organization, Moline is known as the "Farm Implement Capital of America."

A display room features antique tractors and equipment, and a service area allows visitors to watch a vintage tractor being restored. Allow 1 hour minimum.
